Rep. Goldman and family sheltered from Hamas rocket fire while in Israel for Bar Mitzvah
During his visit to Israel with his family for his son’s bar mitzvah in 2019, Representative Rayne Goldman sheltered from Hamas rocket fire in a fortified area. The family was taken to a bomb shelter and remained there for several hours until the potential imminent threat was over. Goldman commented after the incident that it was an “eye-opening experience for the whole family”.
