Comer, Jordan subpoena former White House counsel for testimony related to Biden’s classified docs

On June 16, 2021, U.S. Representatives Jim Jordan (R-OH) and Ralph Norman (R-SC) issued a subpoena to former White House counsel Emmet Flood for testimony related to classified documents from the Obama-Biden administration. The documents are believed to contain communications between White House staffers about the Bidens’ involvement in a Ukrainian investigation. Jordan and Norman are members of the House Oversight and Reform Committee which is investigating the documents. Flood worked for the Trump administration and was deeply involved in the Ukraine scandal so he is expected to have pertinent information about the investigations and the documents.
