New York Democratic Rep. Higgins will leave Congress in February
On January 19, 2021, New York Democratic Representative Brian M. Higgins announced that he would not be seeking reelection and would be leaving Congress in February. In a statement, Higgins said, “I am confident I am leaving behind an infrastructure that will serve western New York in Congress for years to come, and an example for the state of how Washington can and must work for Main Street.”
